Tree survey book, 1926-1936.

The series consists of two over-sized volumes ("Individual Plot Record Books") including survey forms upon which were recorded: the location of the plot; character and density of the vegetation; arboreal species present; insect damage; and height and girth of specific trees within the plot. A black and white photograph and a small map of the individual plots were usually attached to each survey form. These volumes contain entries for plots numbered 70-152 and 237-285 (apparently the series originally included at least four volumes of survey data).
